The Sales Operations Specialist will serve as a vital link between the Sales Operations Manager and the Service Center, ensuring seamless communication and execution of customer-specific requests. This role is dedicated to managing special customer requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations.

What you'll be doing:

Customer Request Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for special customer requests, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood and documented.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to prioritize and execute customer-specific tasks.

Coordination with Service Center:

- Work closely with the Service Center team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to the Sales Operations Manager and customers as needed.

Process Execution:

- Implement and oversee processes to handle special customer requests efficiently.
- Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks that may arise during execution.

Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare regular reports on the status of customer requests and share insights with the Sales Operations Manager.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.

Continuous Improvement:

- Suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of handling special customer requests.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into daily operations.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree completed.

- 3-5 years of experience in Operations support.

- English proficiency, resume must be provided in English

- Excellent communication skills.

- ERP knowledge.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Database analysis and management experience.

- Previous Project management experience is desirable.

Work Arrangement

- Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days' work from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$38,000.00 - $50,666.67 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
