Job Title: Network Operations & Security Manager
Location: Tecnoparque – Azcapotzalco, Ciudad de México
Working Model: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Network Operations & Security Manager to lead our NOC team and ensure the stability, security, and performance of our network infrastructure. This role combines strategic leadership with technical expertise, requiring someone who can manage operations and step in for complex technical challenges when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in networking and IT infrastructure, with proven leadership experience in a NOC environment.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Switch & Router Management.
- Experience with EIGRP routing protocol.
- Expertise in Palo Alto Firewall Management.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Operations: Manage and develop NOC engineers and analysts, oversee daily operations, and ensure efficient incident response.
- Network Monitoring & Optimization: Guarantee continuous monitoring, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network performance to minimize downtime.
- Incident & Change Management: Drive ITIL-compliant processes for incident handling and change control.
- Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support for critical network and security tasks, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Deliver performance reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective solutions.
