Sobre la posición: Buscamos un Controller para un rol estratégico dentro del equipo financiero, responsable de garantizar la integridad de la información contable y financiera , optimizar costos y liderar procesos de control en una empresa con operaciones internacionales. Este puesto reporta directamente a la Dirección Financiera y tendrá interacción con equipos globales, por lo que se requiere experiencia sólida en auditoría, control financiero y manejo de ERP .
Supervisar la preparación y análisis de reportes financieros en Tableau , consolidando información para el comité directivo.
Extraer y validar información en Navision / Business Central , asegurando conversión correcta a euros para reportes globales.
Implementar y optimizar herramientas financieras y procesos de control.
Gestionar equipos de controlling financiero y control de costos de almacén (3 personas).
Garantizar la correcta administración de inventarios y costos, generando información confiable para la toma de decisiones.
Actuar como filtro para compras y nuevos proveedores, asegurando control presupuestal.
Colaborar en proyectos de transformación digital y auditorías anuales.
Formación: Licenciatura en Contaduría, Finanzas o afín.
Experiencia: 5+ años en roles financieros , incluyendo mínimo 2 años en auditoría Big Four .
Experiencia posterior en corporativo como Controller o Gerente de Contabilidad .
Experiencia en ERP SAP (indispensable) y Business Central/Navision (deseable).
Manejo de herramientas de reporting (Tableau).
Competencias: Capacidad para interactuar con múltiples áreas y niveles jerárquicos.
