You will help to set business strategy in line with the global divisions and product groups strategies and will be responsible of ensuring controlling and financial capabilities are in place for business operations and growth.**This position reports to**:Senior Business Controller**Your responsibilities**:- Contribute to the definition of the business strategy from the financial point of view. Prepare the annual business budget and supervise its evolution and compliance. Lead on forecasted of Revenues, operational ebita, and Cash Flow.- Responsibility of the financial management for a Local Business Line including strong collaboration in the project review / execution process. Provides input to negotiations on commercial issues. Providing input in local risk review process, invoices in projects, financial accounting, and reporting. Driving and seeking for optimization of Cash Flow, Revenues and GM contribution.- Supporting the organization in adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business specific finance directives and instructions. Participating in opportunity/risk identification, monitoring that all required mitigation actions are timely executed.- Establish the procedure and tools necessary to obtain reliable and transparent financial information.- Living ABB’ core values of safety and integrity. Show, effectively communicating and interacting within own network and interest groups proactively, whenever possible and needed.**Your background**:- 10+ years of experience in industrial sector (Several years’ experience of Business Controlling roles).- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics.- Project controlling experience.- Excellent knowledge of Processes and tools in Finance, including US GAAP, SOX, SAP (user level, desirable) and Hyperion (desirable).- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to multitask.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.- Availability to frequent business travel within Mexico.- Fluent in English.**More about us**:
