Qué debo realizar?

- Realiza, tras recibir la cobertura de vacante, la publicación (interna y externa) en las fuentes de reclutamiento correspondientes según necesidad.
- Realizar la criba de los candidatos siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos marcados por HR-HS.
- Realizar el reclutamiento y selección de Jefaturas operativas de los hoteles junto con los Hotel Manager
- Identificar las oportunidades de prácticas que pueden ofrecer sus hoteles.
- Seguimiento a estrategias de Employer Branding

Qué necesito?

- Grado superior o/y titulación universitaria, preferiblemente Turismo u Hostelería, o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en una posición similar, en el sector.
