Job Opportunity: Sales Manager - LATAM (FinTech, Crypto Getaway & Processing).
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager | Account Executive (Mid-level) to join our global team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and final signature – before transitioning clients to our Client Success team.
Project: global crypto payment gateway & processing.

📌 Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation across LATAM B2B markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target industries.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns (cold calling, email outreach, networking).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales Funnel Management
- Qualify leads effectively to ensure long-term fit with our solutions.
- Track KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and win rates.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to drive improvement.
- Maintain records in SalesForce CRM.
- Assist with proposals, contracts, and client KYC documentation.

✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B active sales experience in the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and modern sales methodologies.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.
