Digital Dynamics is a digital marketing and growth firm that works with restoration, plumbing, roofing, and construction companies across the United States.

We help service businesses generate consistent leads, phone calls, and online visibility through structured SEO, paid ads, and website systems. Our focus is on measurable results: more calls, more inquiries, and more revenue for our clients.

We are currently hiring an SEO Specialist to support our growing client portfolio.

Role Overview

This role is for a hands-on SEO professional who enjoys implementing and managing SEO systems, not only creating reports.

You will help improve rankings, increase inbound calls, and strengthen online visibility for local service companies in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEO initiatives across multiple client websites

• Create and maintain city and service pages (water, mold, plumbing, roofing, fire, etc.)

• Organize site structure and prevent keyword overlap

• Implement schema markup (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, etc.)

• Optimize Google Business Profiles

• Build internal linking and topical content structures

• Assist with backlink strategies (citations, niche edits, guest posts)

• Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals

• Track rankings, calls, and SEO performance

Performance Expectations

• Improvement in keyword rankings and visibility

• Growth in inbound calls and form submissions

• Consistent expansion of ranked city and service pages

• Ongoing site health and optimization

Who This Role Is For

• SEO professionals with hands-on implementation experience

• Comfortable working in WordPress, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Business Profile

• Experience with local SEO and service-based businesses

• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working with goals and performance tracking

Bilingual (English / Spanish) Preferred

This role requires strong written and spoken English. You will be working with U.S.-based clients, internal systems, and documentation in English, while also collaborating with Spanish-speaking team members. Clear communication is important for daily coordination, reporting, and implementation accuracy.
