Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Role of E-Commerce Analyst has the objective of supporting the SOCO (Chile) ecommerce teams by creating, executing, and populating the information to Campaign activation, Develop and manage digital content for ecommerce customers.
As the E-commerce Analyst, is responsible to work through requirements gathering with functional teams of SOCO, being able to document needs, manage themselves with setting appropriate activities.

Your Impact

As Ecommerce Enabling Analyst your functions would consist of:

- Responsible to updated and activate approved Campaign for E-Commerce.

- Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve issue and update Ecommerce/ KAMs on status

- Provide updates on issue resolution to Ecommerce/ KAMs

- Provide input for campaign development, coordinate implementations, provide input to performance analysis, create scorecard results

- Update campaign performance analysis and develop scorecard of results and follow up the campaigns.

- Develop Digital Content; Identify required assets and define need for adaptation per customer

- Manage Centralize digital catalogue; Share digital catalogue with relevant teams, Ensure effective data flows from PEP database to retailer database, Update product images.

- Responsible to maintain update innovation listings and update content in customers platforms.

- Participate the continues improvements meetings

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

- Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent Bachelors’ degree

- 1 - 2 years of relevant professional experience

- Understanding of Ecommerce Business.

- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills

- Advanced skills on communicate and work with accounts KAMs and Ecommerce Managers.

- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Basic English oral and written communication skills

- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process

- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time

- Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills

- Proven ability to communicate with Accounts Ecommerce, Marketing and KAMs.

- Displays professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships

- Must be collaborative team player

- Proficient oral and written communication skills

- Organizational skills, and service oriented.
