Rockwater Homes is an owner’s representative firm specialising in the design and delivery of ultra-luxury residences and hospitality projects across Baja California Sur. We work with world-class architects, interior designers, and contractors to create legacy-quality residences.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Rockwater Homes is seeking a highly organised, creative and detail-driven In-House Content, Marketing & Brand Lead to manage the company’s visual content, brand presence and marketing coordination, while also supporting internal team operations.
This role suits someone who can move comfortably between creative execution and operational support. You will play a key role in shaping how Rockwater is presented externally while helping ensure smooth internal workflows across projects and teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Visual Documentation
• Capture high-quality photography of site progress & completed works
• Capture and manage drone footage for progress updates
• Edit photos and videos for use across marketing, client communications and presentations
• Maintain a well-organised digital content library by project, date and asset type
Marketing & Brand Management
• Create and update brochures, pitch decks and marketing collateral
• Ensure consistent application of Rockwater Homes branding across all materials
• Assist in refining brand guidelines, templates and presentation standards
• Coordinate with delivery teams to collect content (renders, samples, mood boards etc.)
Social Media & Digital Presence
• Manage social content across all platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram
• Plan, schedule and publish content
• Draft captions, short-form copy and visual storytelling content
• Monitor engagement and recommend improvements to content strategy
Website & Digital Coordination
• Coordinate updates to the Rockwater Homes website including imagery, copy and projects
• Liaise with external web developers, designers or agencies as required
• Ensure website content remains current, polished and aligned with brand positioning
CRM & Lead Management
• Manage incoming CRM leads and enquiries
• Support leadership with follow-ups, tracking and reporting
• Assist in improving CRM workflows and data quality
Market Intelligence & Updates
• Prepare periodic market updates for internal and external use
• Support research into comparable projects, trends and regional development activity
• Assist with presentation materials for client briefings and updates
Team & Executive Support
• Assist with coordination of meetings, presentations and internal documentation
• Support ad-hoc projects across design, construction and client communications
ADDITIONAL / EXPANDED SCOPE
Depending on experience and interest, the role may also include:
• Creating project case studies and completion summaries
• Supporting PR opportunities, awards submissions or media features
• Developing internal templates for reports, site updates and client communications
• Managing a basic content calendar aligned with company priorities
• Supporting onboarding materials and internal brand culture initiatives
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Strong photography and video capability, including drone operation or willingness to train
• Experience with editing software such as Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut or similar
• Highly organised with strong time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and visual quality
• Comfortable working across both creative and administrative tasks
• Experience in real estate, construction, architecture or luxury brands preferred
• Professional, proactive and confident working with senior stakeholders
PART-TIME OPTION
This role can be structured part-time (2–3 days per week) to start, with flexibility to scale during peak project or launch periods.
