, we are looking for a
Director of Marketing
with a strong strategic vision, creative mindset, and proven leadership to drive brand positioning, commercial growth, and meaningful guest connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the
overall marketing strategy
aligned with business objectives. - Lead and oversee
branding, communications, PR, digital marketing, content, and campaign execution
. - Manage on/offline campaigns, brand launches, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee marketing budgets, KPIs, performance analysis, and ROI optimization.
- Collaborate closely with
Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Corporate teams
. - Strengthen brand presence at a
local, national, and international level
.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8+ years of leadership experience in marketing roles, ideally within
luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands
. - Strong knowledge of
digital marketing, branding, PR, and data-driven decision making
. - Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and execution excellence.
- Creative, results-oriented, and passionate about guest experience.
