Channel Marketing Manager – America Region | Midea Group

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to lead channel marketing strategy and execution across the Americas, partnering closely with Sales and Key Account teams to drive sell-out performance and brand excellence across multiple channels.

You will develop and execute channel-specific marketing strategies that translate brand objectives into effective retail and trade activations, ensuring strong in-market execution, measurable ROI, and close alignment with Sales teams.

Develop channel marketing strategies by channel type (KA retail, regional distributors, e-commerce, wholesale).
Translate brand strategy into channel-ready plans, including promotion calendars, product launches, and retail activation playbooks.
Manage and analyze market and sell-out data (GFK, Circana, AHAM, etc.) Lead cross-country in-store marketing execution, including displays, fixtures, POSM, and visual merchandising standards aligned with global guidelines.
Partner with Key Account and Sales teams to support Joint Business Planning (JBP) and sell-in / sell-out initiatives.
Track performance, promotion effectiveness, display compliance, and ROI.
Manage the channel marketing budget and lead post-campaign analysis and optimization.
Support sales enablement by co-developing sales tools, trade materials, and training initiatives in collaboration with HQ.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
~5–8 years of experience in Channel Marketing or Trade Marketing, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics.
~ Strong understanding of retail execution, promotions, and channel dynamics.
~ Proven experience working closely with Sales and Key Account teams.
~ Strong analytical skills and experience managing sell-out and market data.
~ Fluent Spanish and professional working English.

Experience with multinational or regional brands.
Knowledge of the Latin American retail landscape.
