We are seeking for a Senior Varicent Technical Consultant to support enterprise-wide sales compensation transformation. This role will lead configuration, integration, and optimization of Varicent within a complex healthcare technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment with evolving business models and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Development Implement and maintain Varicent modules for incentive compensation and sales performance management.
Configure new sales compensation plans by April 1, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
Integration & Data Management Integrate Varicent with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (JD Edwards), and HR systems (Workday).
Ensure clean data ingestion and encryption protocols for EDI and compensation workflows.
Project Leadership Operate within Agile 2-week sprints; deliver documentation and mentor junior technical staff.
Collaborate with architects to upskill internal teams and transition knowledge effectively
Quality & Adoption Drive adoption of intuitive, user-friendly solutions aligned with McKesson's HR Tech roadmap.
Maintain compliance and sustainability across global operations.
Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business leaders (MMS, PSAS) to align Varicent capabilities with strategic goals. Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, including offshore/nearshore resources.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise 5+ years in Varicent configuration and administration. Strong SQL skills; familiarity with JavaScript and CL programming preferred.
Systems Knowledge Experience with JD Edwards, DB2, and integration protocols (SFTP, AS2).
Methodologies Agile delivery experience; ability to manage concurrent projects. Soft Skills Excellent communication and mentoring capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or large-scale enterprise environments.
Familiarity with incentive compensation best practices and AI-driven analytics (Varicent ICM). [multisoftsystems.com]
