🚀 Now Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote (Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Chile)

Contract Type: Long-term

~USD $830 – $1,250 monthly gross (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

- Research and identify potential leads in target international markets (including U.S., Mexico, Chile, and Argentina).
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and social media to generate interest in company solutions.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understanding client needs and business challenges.
- Schedule meetings for the Global Sales Team and support pipeline growth with accurate CRM data.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to continuously optimize outreach strategies.

Who We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales (preferably in SaaS or Tech).
- Excellent verbal and written English (Spanish is a strong plus).
- Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Exposure to international markets or multicultural teams.
- High technical literacy and strong interest in IT and SaaS trends.
- Interest in Logistics, Supply Chain, or SaaS industries is a plus.
