  Sales Development Representative | Ciudad de México   En Bioelements , líderes en soluciones de packaging compostable y sustentable , buscamos un Sales Development Representative (SDR) con enfoque estratégico y pasión por las ventas B2B, para impulsar el crecimiento y fortalecer nuestras relaciones comerciales en Latinoamérica. Tus principales responsabilidades serán: Investigar y mapear prospectos en sectores de consumo masivo, retail, e-commerce y alimentos. Contactar, calificar y generar leads con foco en clientes de alto nivel . Mantener actualizada la información en CRM y coordinar las siguientes etapas del proceso comercial. Colaborar con marketing y operaciones para mejorar la conversión y la experiencia del cliente. Proponer y ejecutar mejoras en los procesos comerciales y de gestión de proyectos. ✅ Requisitos: Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Internacional o carrera afín. Experiencia de hasta 5 años en ventas B2B, desarrollo comercial o gestión de cuentas Habilidades de comunicación, análisis y negociación .  Orientación a resultados, capacidad organizacional y actitud proactiva.  Deseable manejo de CRM y herramientas de análisis comercial.
