GENERAL SUMMARY STATEMENT
Come work at SINBON MX, one of the assembly manufacturing companies in San Luis Potosí, MEXICO. We are looking to hire an experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. Enter and update financial data in accounting software with speed and accuracy
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Respond to vendor and internal inquiries regarding payments and billing
Assist with audits and other accounting projects as required

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Proven experience as an accounting clerk or similar role
Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English and Spanish
Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint).
Well known ERP system would be better.
Requires both speed and accuracy in performing data entry.

2+ year of experience in an accounting or finance role
~ Familiarity with ERP systems

Working Schedule Monday to Friday 6:00AM to 3:30PM
