They’re hiring a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Recruitment / HR Coordinator to manage administrative, onboarding, and recruitment support work.

What You’ll Be Doing

Candidate & Recruitment Support

- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
- Communicate with candidates during and after onboarding (email, phone, messaging)
- Manage candidate information and keep records organized
- Conduct reference checks and follow up as needed
- Support recruiters throughout the interview and offer process

Onboarding & Admin

- Handle onboarding tasks for new hires (documents, forms, checklists)
- Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Assist with background checks, reference checks, and compliance steps
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates during onboarding

General Coordination

- Update the ATS and internal trackers
- Track candidates’ progress through the hiring process
- Support recruiters with follow-ups and administrative tasks
- Help keep recruiting processes organized and efficient

What We’re Looking For

- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – required
- Experience working in staffing or recruitment mandatory (Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/HR Coordinator a PLUS)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal teams
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting U.S.-based recruiting teams
- Familiarity with onboarding or compliance processes

What’s in it for you?

- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (paid as a contractor for tax benefits)
- Location: 100% remote, LATAM
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Salary: $1,700 - $2000 USD/month
- Paid vacation: PTO + U.S. federal holidays
