Translate documentation as required to facilitate timely and accurate review, liaising with KYC teams to expedite approval
Handle client queries via phone, email and chat to satisfactory conclusion, liaising internally with Ops, Account Management and Business Development
Communicate interdepartmentally to ensure that stakeholders in the Account Management and Business Development are kept abreast of information on key clients
~ Proactively and diligently handle workflow set within CRM accordingly to predefined parameters
Manage communications across multiple call and messaging platforms according to cultural preferences and impact of chosen medium
