As a Paid Search Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to meet client objectives. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to create data-driven strategies that increase visibility, traffic, and conversions through Google Ads. Your role will require a deep understanding of Google Ads, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, and performance analysis. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and Google Ads updates to ensure optimal campaign performance.

Proficiency in English (Leve C1-C2) Required

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for clients.
- Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and expansion.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, shopping, and YouTube ads.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and quality score, to ensure continuous optimization.
- Manage and adjust bidding strategies, ad copy, and targeting to maximize the performance of each campaign.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are aligned with campaign goals and optimized for performance.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights to clients, translating data into actionable recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.
- Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, features, and industry trends to ensure campaigns are competitive and effective.
- Manage budgets across multiple campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving client goals.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align paid search strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, provide strategic guidance, and communicate campaign results and insights during regular meetings.
- Assist in preparing and presenting reports and performance updates to clients, highlighting key insights, strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as needed to support overall company goals, including participating in strategic planning sessions, supporting sales teams, and collaborating on integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven track record of managing successful Google Ads campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Strong understanding of all Google Ads formats, including search, display, shopping, and video ads.
- Proficiency with Google Ads tools and platforms, including Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with bid management, audience targeting, and conversion tracking setup.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data and strategies to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with other paid media platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
