You’ll work closely with our Regional HR HQ team in New York, acting as a key bridge between local teams and our broader global people strategy—bringing the Golden culture to life across markets.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary HR partner for retail and corporate teams in Mexico, with support across LATAM as needed
- Partner closely with the Regional HR HQ team in NY to bring global programs to life locally
- Lead employee relations matters with confidence, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws
- Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and key people initiatives
- Build, scale, and refine HR processes, policies, and practices for a growing organization
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping them navigate people decisions in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment
What You Bring
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong working knowledge of Mexican labor law (LATAM experience is a plus)
- Experience supporting both retail and corporate populations
- Comfort working in startup or high-growth environments
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- A proactive, independent mindset with a love for building from the ground up
