Responsible for managing corporate social media channels, creating engaging content, and supporting brand strategy to enhance visibility and engagement across all three business units (Search, Learn, Results) and corporate marketing. Will drive GTM campaigns, thought leadership, and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Generate and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through targeted campaigns and content marketing.
- Monitor analytics and optimize content for engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure smooth handoff of MQLs and optimize lead conversion.
- Collaborate with the corporate team and business units on branding initiatives.
- Manage corporate branding and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and Safeguard Global employment standards.

Tools & Platforms

- HubSpot for marketing automation and lead management.
- LinkedIn and LinkedIn analytics tracking and performance monitoring for thought leadership and marketing performance.
- Social media analytics tools for engagement metrics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and paid campaigns.
