Copyedit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, accuracy, consistency, tone, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor compliance language updates and ensure proper application across editorial materials.
Verify facts, data points, and financial statistics to guarantee accuracy and error-free content.
Apply updates from editorial style guides (AP, Chicago) and internal brand standards to maintain consistency in voice, tone, and formatting.
Support and contribute to the growth and evolution of editorial roles within Wizeline.
Strong working knowledge of
financial and investment concepts
.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with mastery of grammar, syntax, and editorial clarity.
~ Experience working with markup languages and editing for structured digital formats.
~ Proven ability to manage deadlines, track deliverables, and adapt to shifting priorities.
~ Experience or background in journalism
is desirable but not required, particularly in roles involving editorial judgment, fact-checking, and adherence to newsroom or media standards.
Ability to leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day editorial work, including drafting, analysis, research, or content validation. Provide recommendations on AI use and identify opportunities to streamline editorial workflows.
Experience with Workfront or similar workflow/project management tools.
Background in finance, investment, pharmaceuticals, legal, or other highly regulated sectors.
Familiarity with AI-powered editorial tools and content automation technologies.
