About the Role
We are looking for a
People Manager
to lead a team of
Account Specialists
responsible for retention, growth, and support of a U.S. customer portfolio.
This is a strategic role, key to driving commercial results, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Account Specialists.
- Ensure achievement of retention and upsell targets.
- Manage team performance, talent development, and growth.
- Implement sales enablement tools and processes, including accurate forecasting.
- Guide renewal and upsell negotiations in partnership with Account Executives.
- Facilitate customer conversations that communicate the value of our solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree.
•
Fluent English (must).
- 5+ years managing teams supporting a U.S.-based book of business.
- Strong experience in retention, upsell, and service renewal.
- Proven experience leading professional teams and developing talent.
- Advanced conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and navigate complex situations.
- Strong leadership skills to direct work and ensure high-quality deliverables.
