About the Role

As Program Manager – AI Systems, you’ll be the connective tissue across EasyBee’s fast-growing engineering efforts. Reporting directly to the Engineering Leader, you’ll coordinate multiple AI development initiatives, from agent systems to platform infrastructure, ensuring that projects move forward in sync, on time, and with clear communication.

You’ll work closely with AI engineers, full-stack developers, and design teams, helping translate strategy into actionable plans. This role combines structure and flexibility: you’ll create order in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while empowering teams to build, learn, and deliver efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate multiple concurrent engineering projects across AI agents, platform, and infrastructure.
- Partner with AI engineers, full-stack developers, and leadership to define priorities, milestones, and resource needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and tracking dashboards.
- Align technical dependencies across projects and facilitate effective communication between teams.
- Implement and optimize agile delivery practices — sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team check-ins.
- Monitor risks, surface blockers early, and support problem resolution with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Manage and evolve our project tools (Notion, Slack, GitHub).
- Coordinate technical documentation, program updates, and progress reporting for leadership.
- Assist in the onboarding of new engineers and maintaining clarity across distributed teams.
- Willing to learn new tools and project your Project Management skills to deliver productionized solutions for customers for new solutions in the AI Agentic space.
- Have a sense of urgency to get production level solutions to customers

You ideally have:

- 3+ years of experience in product, program or project management within technology, software development working in AI environments.
- Familiarity with AI and software engineering lifecycles, including agile and iterative delivery models.
- Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional teams and technical projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering and leadership levels.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment with global collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to AI technologies (LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs) or cloud-based systems.
- Understanding of web technologies (React, FastAPI, Node.js) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience supporting or coordinating AI development teams.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner are a plus.
