Descripción
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Lead quality audits and certification processes.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
- Train and mentor staff on quality management systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing quality-related concerns.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
Perfil buscado
A successful Quality Managershould have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
