We're hiring: Senior Operations Specialist – Time Critical Solutions (m/f/d)

Location: 100% remote (within Europe and Mexico)

We're looking for a Senior Operations Specialist with deep expertise in handling high-priority, time-sensitive shipments from start to finish. If you thrive under pressure and know how to move shipments that can't wait – this role is for you.

Your responsibilities

- End-to-end coordination of time-critical shipments (OBC / NFO / express trucking)
- Direct communication with airlines, handling agents, booking platforms, couriers, and clients
- Real-time problem-solving in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- Proactive monitoring of shipments and early escalation in case of delays or disruptions
- Supporting the continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and documentation
- Acting as a point of guidance for junior team members when needed

Your profile

- 3+ years of experience in time-critical logistics (OBC, NFO, AOG, express, etc.)
- Strong operational mindset with hands-on experience in global shipment handling
- Familiarity with routing tools, booking systems, and customs processes
- Calm, structured, and efficient under pressure
- Excellent English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Availability for flexible shifts if needed – time zones don’t scare you
