As a leading provider of time-critical logistics, we handle OBC, NFO, and express trucking solutions across all continents.We're looking for a Senior Operations Specialist with deep expertise in handling high-priority, time-sensitive shipments from start to finish. If you thrive under pressure and know how to move shipments that can't wait – this role is for you.Your responsibilitiesEnd-to-end coordination of time-critical shipments (OBC / NFO / express trucking)Direct communication with airlines, handling agents, booking platforms, couriers, and clientsReal-time problem-solving in dynamic, high-pressure environmentsProactive monitoring of shipments and early escalation in case of delays or disruptionsSupporting the continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and documentationActing as a point of guidance for junior team members when neededYour profile3+ years of experience in time-critical logistics (OBC, NFO, AOG, express, etc.)Strong operational mindset with hands-on experience in global shipment handlingFamiliarity with routing tools, booking systems, and customs processesCalm, structured, and efficient under pressureExcellent English skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plusAvailability for flexible shifts if needed – time zones don't scare youWhat we offer100% remote role or in one of our offices with a strong international teamFast-paced, no-nonsense environment where your decisions matterDirect access to leadership and real ownershipCompetitive compensation and room for developmentThe chance to shape operations at one of the most agile providers in the time-critical spaceInterested?
