Own the lead funnel end-to-end, respond fast, qualify accurately, nurture consistently, and set/confirm high-quality appointments that convert. Position Title: Lead Manager — Real Estate

Shift: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

- Outbound call and talk to prospected leads
- Qualify prospects using a clear framework
- Overcome objections and book, confirm, and follow up on appointments for the Acquisitions team
- Consistently nurture, manage, and organize leads with multi-touch using a CRM daily
- Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
- Drive results by hitting weekly and monthly KPIs

You Are

- Calm under pressure, coachable, metrics-driven, and team-oriented
- Professional in attitude and possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Strong communicator (oral and written) and enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Extremely strong phone skills and comfortable on the phone
- Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM technology and you love organized pipelines and clean data
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
