Responsible for ensuring that HR objectives are met through the correct application of established policies, procedures, and systems.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the efforts of the staff under their supervision to achieve objectives and goals.
Manage and ensure the monitoring of departmental KPIs such as Turnover and Absenteeism.
Maintain staffing levels within the authorized range, as well as track personnel changes.
Control the department's budget to ensure the provision of various employee services.
Maintain a healthy, active, and consistent relationship with the company, the union, and other stakeholders.
Represent the company in external activities with the community, government, private institutions, and associations.
Coordinate and schedule events that promote integration among all staff, both hourly and salaried.
Ensure compliance with applicable rules and policies.
Ensure that services such as transportation and the cafeteria are available and operating in optimal condition for employee use.
Ensure accurate and timely payment to all company personnel.
Develop training plans and programs for staff development.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Superintendent.
5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Knowledge of IATF 16949.
Motivation and recognition systems.
Knowledge of labor laws and IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute).
Knowledge of NOM 035 (Mexican Official Standard 035).
Compensation and benefits.
Safety, ergonomics, and environmental management.
