About Us

We are a fast-growing DTC makeup brand operating in the US market. After scaling rapidly through paid and creator-driven content, we are now building a dedicated TikTok Shop division to accelerate growth through social commerce.

We're looking for an experienced Senior TikTok Shop Manager who has successfully scaled TikTok Shop storefronts in the US market and can build a high-performing creator + commerce engine from the ground up.

What You'll Own

- Lead and scale our TikTok Shop US channel end-to-end
- Build and manage a full creator ecosystem (affiliates, UGC creators, livestream hosts)
- Drive monthly GMV growth using both organic and paid strategies
- Develop a repeatable model for creator acquisition, activation, and retention
- Optimize product catalog, pricing, keywords, bundles, and promotions
- Coordinate campaigns with growth, creative, and product teams
- Track performance, identify winning strategies, and scale what works
- Manage TikTok Shop operations: orders, payouts, logistics coordination, disputes
- Stay ahead of TikTok Shop algorithm changes and best practices

Required Experience

Must-have (please do not apply without these):

- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop USA
- Track record of driving $1M+ GMV per month for at least one brand
- Strong background in creator-driven commerce: affiliates, UGC, livestreams
- Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends, and marketplace mechanics
- Experience with beauty, skincare, or DTC consumer brands
- Ability to build systems, not just campaigns
- Data-driven operator comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and optimization loops
- Fluent English

Nice-to-Have

- Experience working with accelerators, agencies, or incubators on TikTok Shop
- Strong network of US-based creators or affiliate managers
- Experience in rapid-growth brands ($10M–$50M stage)
