Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the equipment service, technical guidance and support of the products in the overseas regions;
- Complete customer service training and company internal process; complete the spare parts tasks in the region, including offering spare parts support and quotation;
- Provide product improvement suggestions and sustainable improvement;
- Support regional manager business and assist to deal with daily work.
Job Requirements:
1、Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
2、2+ years in heavy machinery maintenance (cranes/hoists preferred).
3、Expertise in mechanical/hydraulic/electrical systems (certifications a plus).
4、Foreign language requirements: English & local language can be used as the working language.(e.g., Russian, Turkish, Portuguese).
5、Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about hands-on work.
