Payroll & Recruitment Coordinator
RUNNER Group is seeking a Payroll & Recruitment Coordinator to join our Mexico team in Ramos Arizpe. This role is an excellent opportunity for payroll professionals who are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about delivering high-quality payroll services. As well as work closely with hiring managers, candidates and other functions to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone involved.
Expected Tasks:
- Process Bi-weekly and ad-hoc payroll with accuracy and efficiency, ensure proper payroll documentation is maintained for each step of the process.
- Collaborate effectively with internal partners and external service vendors to ensure payroll processing adheres to policies and Mexico statutory requirements.
- Process employee and statutory payments, reconcile different scenarios and ensure accurate resolution and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Continuously find opportunities to improve payroll efficiency through process improvements and automation, while proactively addressing issues and proposing solutions as needed.
- Candidate sourcing: Posting job openings on various platforms, utilizing job boards, networking, and attending job fairs to attract potential candidates.
- Candidate communication: Reaching out to potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and providing updates on the application status.
- Interview coordination: Arranging interviews with hiring managers, including scheduling, sending interview details, and managing candidate logistics.
- Onboarding support: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
Profile Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll coordination or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for extensive interaction with personnel at all levels.
- Proficiency in databases and MS Office products.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English (CEFR C1 or above).
