**Payroll & Recruitment Coordinator**

**Expected Tasks**:

- Process Bi-weekly and ad-hoc payroll with accuracy and efficiency, ensure proper payroll documentation is maintained for each step of the process.
- Collaborate effectively with internal partners and external service vendors to ensure payroll processing adheres to policies and Mexico statutory requirements.
- Process employee and statutory payments, reconcile different scenarios and ensure accurate resolution and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Continuously find opportunities to improve payroll efficiency through process improvements and automation, while proactively addressing issues and proposing solutions as needed.
- Onboarding support: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.

**Profile Required**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll coordination or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and organizational skills necessary for extensive interaction with personnel at all levels.
- Proficiency in databases and MS Office products.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish & English (CEFR C1 or above).
