Descripción
- Prepare and present financial reports in accordance with IFRS standards.
- Develop, monitor, and follow up on the annual budget, including forecasts and variance analysis.
- Manage tax processes, including SAT filings, reconciliations, cash control, and regulatory reporting.
- Oversee internal and external audits (SAT, financial audits, Big Four).
- Ensure financial and regulatory compliance in import and export operations.
- Analyze pricing, validate invoicing, and ensure proper banking controls.
- Lead overdue portfolio recovery and ensure integrity of financial records.
- Use advanced Excel tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for consolidation, analysis, and financial control.
Perfil buscado
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Recent, verifiable, and non-negotiable experience in the automotive industry within a global company.
- More than three years in managerial positions leading teams.
- Strong experience overseeing finance, accounting, and tax functions with a focus on internal controls, fiscal compliance, and financial analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, share knowledge, and develop staff.
