Role : Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Automation

Location : Mexico ( Onsite )

Years of Experience : 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation processes using PowerShell.
- Manage and query databases using SQL for reporting and analytics.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI.
- Collaborate with teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements through automation.
- Support in areas such as Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) when needed.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure that automation solutions align with business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard/report creation.
- Knowledge of Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) is highly desirable.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in IT automation tools and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments.
