Legal Coordinator (Finance/Stock Market)

The ideal profile includes:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law with specialization in Financial Law.
- More than 3 years of experience in the Financial Sector.
- More than 3 years of experience in the Stock Market.
- Desirable knowledge of Retirement Savings Systems.
- Advanced English.
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and ability to work under pressure.

In this role, you will:

- Analyze the regulations that apply to Afores and alternative investment instruments, as well as their modifications and additions, to understand the regulatory impacts of investments made by the Afore in alternative instruments.
- Analyze the implementation of new investment strategies in alternative investment instruments, identifying their legal feasibility or detecting possible legal contingencies arising from their implementation.
- Review, analyze, negotiate, and monitor legal documents or acts related to Alternative Investments, such as administration contracts, trust agreements, co-investment contracts, Limited Partnership Agreements, and other contractual documentation of investments within the Alternative Investments portfolio.
- Support the analysis of alternative investment instrument structures to implement new review standards or legal strategies by generating guidelines or best practices applicable to alternative instruments (including those categorized as remedial and work out).
