- This is a hybrid role - onsite Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday and remote Thursday/Friday.

What is Recruiting? In this role you will:

- Collaborate with internal team members to understand our US clients' job requirements. Approach each opportunity in a consultative manner- overcoming objections, obstacles and guiding candidates and clients through the recruitment/hiring lifecycle.
- Actively source and identify candidates through our recruitment roadmap, selling opportunities, and assessing candidate's backgrounds.
- Screen candidates on skills, culture, motivators, and interests.
- Coordinate interviews, updates, debriefs and job offers.
- Guide candidates on offer calls, negotiation tactics and counter offers.
- Build your professional brand and develop relationships.

What we look for:

- 2-5 years of recruiting experience for US companies, preferably in staffing or fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Experience with VMS tools preferred (i.e. Beeline, Fieldglass)
