Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to drive impact in the automotive industry? We are looking for a Digital Coordinator to join our team and help shape the brand’s digital presence. In this role, you will coordinate campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure our digital ecosystem delivers engaging experiences that connect with our customers.

What you'll do:

- Coordinate the execution of digital campaigns following established guidelines, ensuring proper setup, daily monitoring, and reporting to achieve campaign goals.
- Ensure that user interactions with the brand on social media meet internal standards and established objectives by preparing response scripts, monitoring conversations and comments, identifyng potential crises, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the monitoting of comments and conversations across digital platforms, escalating assues and applying preventive measures when needed.
- Review and validate content generated by distributors to ensure alignment with brand standards, reporting any inconsistencies to the local Marketing team.
- Track daily campaign performance, alerting the Advertising & Media team when KPI's are not met, and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Oversee operational activities assigned to creative and media agencies, verifying deliverables, addresing requests, and esuring compliance with deadlines and established requirements.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
- Experience managing digital campaigns and social media, ideally within the automotive industrie.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, analytics tools, and social media monitoring.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on KPI's and continuous improvement.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and problem solving skills.
- Advance English profiency.
