Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong software development and system architecture background to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate excels at driving execution, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical programs involving multiple teams
Translate business objectives into clear technical plans, milestones, and deliverables
Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across engineering teams
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and external teams
Facilitate architecture and design discussions; ensure alignment with technical standards
Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while maintaining engineering best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong background in software development and system architecture
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
Excellent skills in program planning, execution, and risk management
Hands-on understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern engineering practices
Ability to manage multiple dependencies and drive alignment across teams
Exceptional stakeholder communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with distributed or global engineering teams
Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and scalable systems
Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
