Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong software development and system architecture background to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate excels at driving execution, managing risks and dependencies, and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technical programs involving multiple teams
- Translate business objectives into clear technical plans, milestones, and deliverables
- Drive program planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across engineering teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Coordinate dependencies across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and external teams
- Facilitate architecture and design discussions; ensure alignment with technical standards
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while maintaining engineering best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong background in software development and system architecture
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
- Excellent skills in program planning, execution, and risk management
- Hands-on understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and modern engineering practices
- Ability to manage multiple dependencies and drive alignment across teams
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with distributed or global engineering teams
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and scalable systems
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
