Your Key Responsibilities

- Support different areas of the organization in designing, establishing, and updating measures and internal controls to mitigate operational risks documented in the risk and control matrix.
- Monitor the programs designed to ensure compliance with internal control frameworks related to financial reporting.
- Design and implement controls that ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations applicable to the organization’s operations.
- Support organizational areas in reviewing internal policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and internal control standards.
- Advise business areas on Internal Control matters and provide guidance to ensure the effectiveness and proper implementation of controls.
- Actively participate in the evaluation of business, information, and compliance risks across the organization.

Our Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (CPA equivalent).
- Experience implementing internal control frameworks such as COSO, SOX, etc.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
- Experience with PCAOB, COSO, SOX, ICFR frameworks.
- Data analysis skills (ACL or similar tools).
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience identifying, analyzing, and assessing risks across organizational processes.
