Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support a client in the education and research sector, globally recognized for its impact on leadership development, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. The client operates in a highly analytical and mission-driven environment and is currently investing heavily in AI and Generative AI solutions to better understand product usage, adoption, and performance.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on data analytics experience.
- Experience creating dashboards for data visualization.
- Expert-level SQL.
- Experience querying AWS Aurora, DynamoDB, and Athena.
- Ability to work with complex data models (joins, foreign keys, parent-child relationships).
- Experience collaborating with developers to request database views or schema changes.
- Experience designing or supporting dashboards in Amazon QuickSight (or similar BI tools).
- Strong experience with data validation, QA, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to translate business goals into technical data requirements.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or digital product analytics environments (preferred).
- Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities.
- Work Environment.
- Remote (must be available 9am–5pm Eastern Time).
- Collaborative, agile, and high-performing AI product environment.
