Senior Data Analyst – AI & Generative AI Analytics Location: LATAM (Remote) ⏰ Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time Seniority: Senior ⭐ Role Highlights AI-Focused Analytics: Support analytics and reporting for AI and Generative AI solutions High Ownership Role: Independently define data requirements and validate end-to-end data integrity AWS-Centric Stack: Build dashboards using Amazon QuickSight with data across Aurora, DynamoDB, and Athena Overview We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to support analytics and reporting for our AI and Generative AI solutions team . This role is ideal for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented, proactive , and thrives in a fast-paced environment where data quality, accuracy, and independence matter. You will be responsible for defining, validating, and delivering data requirements that enable usage and performance dashboards in Amazon QuickSight , leveraging data stored across AWS Aurora, DynamoDB, and Athena . You should be comfortable navigating complex data architectures, identifying the right tables and fields, and collaborating with engineers to ensure end-to-end data integrity — without needing step-by-step direction. Responsibilities Translate business and analytics needs into clear, structured requirements for QuickSight dashboards and reports Independently identify source data tables, fields, and relationships across Aurora, DynamoDB, and Athena Write, optimize, and validate SQL queries to extract and transform data for analysis Perform data validation and QA to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple data sources Partner with product managers, engineers, and AI platform teams to define meaningful KPIs related to usage, adoption, and performance Develop and maintain documentation and data dictionaries for reproducibility and handoff Provide timely status updates, participate in daily standups, and meet deadlines with minimal oversight Surface insights on data trends, patterns, and anomalies to improve AI and agentic systems reporting Support self-service analytics in AWS, including user access, troubleshooting, and enablement Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of hands-on data analytics experience, with a proven ability to work independently Expert-level SQL and experience querying AWS Aurora, DynamoDB, and Athena Strong experience creating clear, compelling dashboards for business and technical stakeholders Ability to work with complex data models , including joins, foreign keys, and parent-child relationships Experience collaborating with developers to request or define database views and schema changes Proven experience designing or supporting dashboards in Amazon QuickSight (or similar BI tools) Strong understanding of data validation, QA, and troubleshooting techniques Ability to translate business goals into precise technical data requirements Excellent documentation and communication skills, with proactive issue escalation Experience in AI, machine learning, or digital product analytics environments preferred Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines Why Join Us AI-Driven Impact: Your work directly supports AI and Generative AI products used at scale High Autonomy: Trusted to own data discovery, validation, and delivery end to end Modern Cloud Stack: Deep exposure to AWS-native analytics and AI platforms Remote LATAM Role: Fully remote with consistent ET collaboration Fast-Paced & Collaborative: Join a high-performing, agile product environment About Us We partner with innovative teams building modern, data-driven products — including advanced AI and generative solutions.
