BOSAL is a Dutch privately owned company, mainly known as a global Tier 1 automotive supplier, in business since 1923.We employ about 2200 people in 16 production facilities of which the largest ones are situated in Czech Republic, Mexico, Turkey and South Africa.
Our corporate research center is based in Belgium, next to that we run 5 other R&D satellites worldwide.
Our company is organized around 4 business areas:
Powertrain : in this largest BOSAL division, we design and manufacture emission control systems (cold end + hot end) for passenger cars and heavy duty vehicles (ICE + hybrid)
Chassis : this division comprises a large range of welded and formed products going from seat frames to fuel tanks and air tanks, to towbars and jacks.
Energy : the Energy Conversion business unit of BOSAL designs and manufactures state-of-the-art plate and tube heat exchangers for advanced power generators. We have 20 years' experience in the area of gas turbines and fuel cell systems, not only as a supplier of components but also as a system integrator.
Packaging Solutions: is our innovative approach to ensure storage and transport efficiency. This concept sets the standard for reliability and convenience in a cost effective, safe and sustainable way.
Currently we are looking for a Sales Manager in Querétaro (Mexico):
In this role, you're responsible for achieving full customer satisfaction by meeting expectations and requirements, while also maintaining and safeguarding the aftermarket (spare parts) business.
Your responsibilities:
Plan and execute sales of OEM and AM equipment for assembly plants.
Serve as part of the APQP communication channel and keep customers informed to ensure successful APQP completion.
Keep customer accounts receivable updated, proactively and on time, according to agreed conditions.
Maintain up-to-date sales cost data provided by the Finance department.
Prepare market analysis and presentations.
Monitor market trends, including customer and competitor activity.
Represent the company professionally to external parties.
Participate to monthly and annual market planning.
Co-develop pricing policies and strategies with the General Management at Bosal México.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and required training.
Coordinate activities needed to meet customer-specific requirements.
Your profile:
Skills & Experience:
A Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Commerce or Engineering
At least 5 years' experience as a Sales Manager in a similar international environment. Experience in automotive is a must.
You excel at leading and motivating teams, and you combine a results-oriented mindset with strong communication, sound decision-making and solid teamwork skills.
Advanced knowledge on IATF 16949 and ISO14001.
Perfect English language skills.
