Key Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for designing automotive finance products in Mexico with a focus on customer value. This includes customer profiling analysis and market competitor analysis to meet user demand.
Balance customer needs, risk, and company profitability to design high-coverage auto finance products. Oversee product implementation and iteration. The products will serve multiple business scenarios and you will be accountable for their financial performance.
Conduct market research and analysis, track trends in the auto finance and capital markets, and regularly provide market and competitor analysis reports to support decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel teams to develop promotion strategies and marketing plans to increase market share of financial products.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above
Experience in auto finance, consumer finance, internet finance, or traditional finance
Strong skills in financial product pricing and profitability analysis, with the ability to assess operational performance after product launch.
Proven ability in product innovation, with independent design experience and a track record of strong growth and positive market feedback.
High sensitivity to market and product changes, strong data awareness, and a strong sense of goal orientation.
Proficient in spoken English, capable of handling daily work communication.
