Buscamos a un/a líder que impulse el crecimiento de Rappi México a través de canales de adquisición fuera de la app: influencers, medios pagados (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google), alianzas de performance y campañas creativas enfocadas en generar tráfico activo, awareness de promociones y nuevos usuarios convertidos.

Es un rol clave dentro del equipo de Growth, con una mezcla perfecta entre creatividad, análisis, estrategia y ejecución impecable.

Tu misión será identificar, atraer y convertir a nuevos usuarios con campañas de alto impacto y con un enfoque absoluto en eficiencia, resultados y ROI.

Responsabilidades principales

- Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de adquisición multicanal: influencers, creadores de contenido, paid ads, alianzas estratégicas y colaboraciones de alto impacto.
- Seleccionar influencers, talentos y medios según objetivo de cada campaña: awareness, tráfico, adquisición o conversión.
- Desarrollar conceptos creativos, guiones, mensajes y formatos adaptados a cada canal y audiencia.
- Coordinar ejecución con Performance, agencias externas o freelancers, asegurando tracking, medición y reporting confiable.
- Gestionar y optimizar presupuesto de Paid & Influencer Media, negociando tarifas y orientando inversión a los canales con mejor eficiencia.
- Medir KPIs críticos: CPA, tráfico incremental a la app, alcance, conversión, retención temprana y ROI por campaña.
- Mantenerse al día con tendencias digitales, formatos creativos emergentes, cultura local y best practices del ecosistema digital.
- Colaborar con Trade, Brand, CRM, Growth y Producto para alinear campañas con promociones y objetivos comerciales.

Qué buscamos en ti

- 3–5 años de experiencia en Paid Media, Influencer Marketing, Digital Acquisition o Performance Marketing, idealmente en e-commerce, marketplaces, apps o consumo masivo.
- Experiencia gestionando campañas multicanal, presupuestos y negociaciones con influencers/agencias.
- Mentalidad data-driven, capaz de optimizar CPA/ROAS y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
- Perfil creativo, con habilidad para detectar trends, formatos y oportunidades de contenido.
- Conocimiento profundo del ecosistema digital en México: redes, comportamiento del usuario y cultura digital.
- Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, storytelling, negociación y manejo de stakeholders.
- Inglés intermedio.
