The Ayurveda Experience is a leading online-only Ayurvedic skincare platform headquartered in India, selling to a global audience across USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, South-East Asia and Middle East. Having successfully built a strong presence online, we are now expanding into the offline retail space across major economies in Western Europe.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Content & Market Operations Associate to support our growth in Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. This role combines content localization, channel development, and market-level operational support, ensuring regional strategies are executed with strong local relevance and speed.

The associate will bring Spanish language expertise and a deep understanding of Mexican, Argentine, or Colombian culture, while acting as a key local partner for regional teams—supporting execution, coordinating with local stakeholders, and providing real-time market insights across these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Localization

- Create and localize marketing content for Mexico, Colombia,or Argentina across Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Adapt and review messaging to ensure cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy (Spanish for Mexico, Argentina, or Colombia), and brand consistency.

Channel Development

- Support the setup and foundation of TikTok as a priority channel for the Mexico, Colombia, or Argentina markets, including content testing, trend adaptation, and early growth initiatives.

Market Operations & Coordination

- Support Mexico-, Colombia-, or Argentina-specific operational needs, especially as local and on-the-ground operations are established.
- Coordinate with regional and central teams within LATAM and global time zones to ensure timely execution.

Local Market Insights

- Act as a primary local point of contact for Mexico, Colombia, or Argentina.
- Provide insights into Mexican, Argentine,or Colombian consumer behavior, cultural trends, platform usage, and competitive landscapes.
- Share feedback to help optimize regional campaigns across the Mexico, Colombia, or Argentina markets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proficiency in Spanish (Mexico, Argentina, or Colombia); English proficiency preferred.
- Strong understanding of Mexican, Argentine, or Colombian culture, digital behaviors, and social media trends.
- 1–5 years of experience in content localization, digital marketing, social media, or market operations.
- Hands-on familiarity with Meta, Google Ads, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across time zones.
