We have an opportunity for a Imp/Exp Coordinator, to join our Monterrey team. You will be responsible for the legal import and export of raw materials, fixed assets, tools, and other goods, complying with the legal requirements of the Mexican authorities to avoid penalties and fines.
You Will:
- Ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of goods shipped to and from Mexico.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all daily import and export operations.
- Upload invoices and import and export declarations into the I Xport system to keep it up to date.
- Responsible for maintaining complete documentation of operations
- Timely compliance with applicable ISO-9001:2015 standards.
- Timely compliance with applicable CTPAT and AEO certification standards.
- Ensure that the staff under your responsibility develop the necessary skills to ensure product quality and delivery times.
- Promote a culture of safety and actively participate in activities that tend to improve working conditions at the plant.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field
- Proven experience in an import/export or logistics role.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to work under supervision and handle low-complexity trials.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standard
- Bilingual – Required
