Job Summary

As a Process Engineer Leader at The Weir Group, you will play a key role in coordinating the development of technical proposals for clients to improve their process performance by incorporating Weir Minerals equipment into alternative flowsheets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of process balances
  • Develop process flow diagrams
  • Simulate processes using JKSimmet and Aggflow
  • Conduct process sampling
  • Prepare technical proposals
  • Prepare bottleneck analysis
  • Present technical proposals to clients
  • Provide on-site support to clients and sales teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mineral processing and process engineering
  • Strong knowledge of process simulation software
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
