Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of communications experience, including internal and external communications.
  • Experience in change management and accompaniment processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to execution, using structured project management skills.
  • Impeccable writing skills in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to independently produce high-quality content.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to lead people and teams across the hierarchical spectrum.
  • Team and agency management skills.
  • Digital PR experience desired.
