About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our lean engineers to support time studies, balance workloads, and implement optimization projects.



Responsibilities



  • Support lean engineer on time studies and balance workloads.
  • Follow up on optimization implementation and standardization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate waste in our processes.
  • Analyze data to inform process improvements and measure their effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement projects focused on waste elimination.
  • Support operations to ensure KPI compliance (OEE, Mhpc, JPH).


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A degree in Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (5th to 8th semester).
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • A proactive and responsible attitude, with a focus on delivering results.
